Thermoforming

Films used in thin gauge thermoforming are measured at 0.15mm to 2.0mm in thickness. With thin gauge thermoforming, we built a variety of protective carriers used for shipping and display products such as in-process trays, shipping trays, and clamshells. Sheets for thick gauge thermoforming are between 2.0mm and 10mm. Our company uses thick gauge thermoforming to manufacture component parts including door panel, emergency rescue containers, machine panels and light diffusers.

In addition to manufacturing, we at Season Components offer designing and customizing services for each part, along with evaluating mold tooling capability. We also offer secondary processing services such as spray coating, multicolor printing, bending, through-holes, and slots to name a few.
