Plastic Injection Molding

Season Components builds a large variety of customized plastic parts with injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 1300 tons. In addition to the standard plastic injection molding process, Season Components is also capable of overmolding, gas assist molding, and vertical injection molding. We offer secondary processing such as spraying and coating, hotstamping, silk screening, and pad printing.

Our clean-room facility also enables us to manufacture medical and transparent products. With the wide range of services that Season Components offers in plastic injection molding and secondary processing, we are confident that we can provide our customers with the total quality package.
