OEM and PCB Assembly

Season Components offers PCB (printed circuit board) assembly and OEM assembly services. Common PCBs can be made of FR4, CEM1, CEM3, or Phenolic materials. Our PCB assembly boards are 94V0 compliant, and adhere to IPC610 Class 2 international PCB Assembly standard.

Common PCB surface finishes are ENIG (Electroless Nickel plated Immersion Gold), HASL (LeadFree), and Entek. Our company also incorporates a lead-free soldering process using Tg 170 and Tg 210 to withhold the high temperature operation. Finally, we perform 100% ICT and functional testing to ensure the end product matches the requirement exactly.
