Program Manager

You will be required to liaise with various internal departments, including Design, Sales, Engineering, Projects Team, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, as well as sub contractors, suppliers and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that Projects are delivered on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction. You will need to source various components, materials and tooling, producing B.O.M. You will also be involved in training, agreeing cost targets for individual targets with Sales & Marketing Director and implementing specific key objectives within the company's strategy and appraisal policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the program team
  • Manage the product program proactively to ensure timing and objectives are met for all customer milestones
  • Identify and communicate impediments to the successful completion of program milestones
  • Interface with required functional disciplines and departments for program support
  • Assures appropriate program planning to confirm that product development is consistent with established program objectives and company needs
  • Implement tenets of the Product Delivery Process (PDP) and assures completion of all deliverables
  • Conducts all phase and gate reviews
  • Creates master program timing that satisfies customer and MIS internal requirements for product configuration, cost, performance and timing
  • Facilitates Executive-Level interaction between the company, our customer and Plant
  • Coordinates and maintains communications with our design and operations staff and our customer for all program activities
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to the product, process and system.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Verify the implementation of solutions (Quality System, Drawings & Prototype Product).
  • Control further processing, delivery or installation of nonconforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related subjects
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Manufacturing, preferably with automotive industry
  • Solid experience in project management, good understanding of PPAP, TS16949 and quality engineering
  • Demonstrated leadership skill, especially in identifying, tackling and preventing problem matters,
  • Mature and diplomatic to work with cross functional and cross cultural team environment
  • Good presentation and communication skills; Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities:

  • Provide verbal translations to Program Manager
  • provide secretarial and administrative support to PM
  • schedule and attend appointments and meetings
  • followup and summarize on projects for PM
  • organize and maintain documents for PM
  • translate and summarize documents

Requirements:

  • formal secretarial training
  • university educated
  • at least 3 years experience as secretary
  • can understand and speak Putonghua
  • can read, write and speak English fluently
  • familiar with Microsoft Outlook and Word

Management Information Systems Manager

Responsibilities:

  • complete data analysis assignments as demanded such as investment analysis, continuity improvement analysis, project cost analysis, profit maximization analysis

  • specialist in finance / data analysis
  • skill in Excel modeling and data collection/analysis
  • industrial/manufacturing experience sufficient for analysis

Assistant QA Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Daily management of Quality Department and organize meeting
  • Responsible for product quality and problem resolution
  • Set up / review inspection scheme, new product quality control planning
  • Organize and set up process analysis, testing and improvement
  • Responsible for internal QMS implementation within Quality Department
  • Responsible for product safety and compliance of regulatory organization requirement such as UL, CSA, CCC etc.
  • Improve staff awareness on quality and approach TQM
  • Prepare PPAP and APQP ( Including PFMEA, CP, SPC, MSA)

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years in automotive industry, 2+ years in managerial level
  • Solid experience on whole QA system from incoming inspection to final inspection
  • Fluent English and Chinese both in writing and conversation
  • Solid experience on product certification process
  • Strong problem solving capabilities
  • QMS implementation experience ISO 9001, TS/ISO 16949, ISO 14000 etc

Requirements:

University graduate in relevant discipline, Engineering preferred.
7 years experience in foreign invested company and export business.
Solid experience in supervision and project management .
Direct response to customer with limited instruction.
Fluent in English, spoken and written, CET level 6.
