Our Company

Season Components Co., Ltd. was founded in 1975 by its current managing director Mr. Patrick Hung. Patrick began in Hong Kong as a small shop owner, manufacturing wire harness assembly and battery connectors. From there, Season Components gradually expanded into other areas including PCB assembly, thermoforming, metal stamping, plastic injection molding, and mold making.

As part of our expansion, we built manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, China and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our sales offices are strategically located around the world to be in short proximity to our customers. This gives us the ability to provide customers with quick, personalized service.

We are now recognized as a prominent manufacturer in today’s market for:

• plastic injection molding
• PCB assembly
• Wire harness and cable assembly
• thin gauge and thick gauge thermoforming
• metal stamping
• turnkey assembly

Quality control has been the signature of all Season Components’ products. In an ongoing effort to continually transform ourselves, we added our TS16949:2002 certification in 2006. This further signifies that our products are proven for quality and service.

We are RoHS compliant to accommodate customers requiring lead-free products. In addition, our lean manufacturing concept allows us the flexibility to accommodate customers’ orders, both small and large, while maintaining superior quality and service.

Season offers a one-stop solution, thus saving the customer’s time by only having a single point-of contact. In addition, it gives our customers greater control of their products from the procuring process to manufacturing and delivery.
